Another great morning on the VR headsets, Hayley went to show a few programmes at the Oasis Hub Knowle, these lovely ladies work with young people in groups settings and 1-1’s they also work with parents and carers, can’t wait to get them on the full training so they are able to use at the hub! They loved them and said they would find them so useful 💛🌎

A couple of workshops added to the calendar today, we had some great reviews on the last ones, please don’t be worried about coming along they are a real eye opener 👀 they are just about helping you open up conversations with your kids, about talking with each other and recognising signs before it’s to late.
I wish I had something like this to of helped me, that’s why I do them as there is such a lack of help out there!

Bleed kit training for yr 10 & 11 and Virtual Reality programmes for staff!
Hayley and Debbie had a great day at school 😂 they taught yr 10 and 11 how to use a catastrophic bleed kit, the signs of a catastrophic bleed, the dangers and risks to be aware of and how to keep yourself safe and calling 999. They also got some time to showcase the VR programmes, they were a huge hit so they have training booked in for all staff in a couple of weeks!
What a great day the students said they enjoyed it and learnt lots and actually so did the teachers 🥰
